📌 Booking Policy: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your treatment on the day of your visit.

❌ Cancellation Policy: No-shows will forfeit the deposit. If you need to reschedule, please give 24hr notice.

❌ Must be 18 years or older. Not recommended for pregnant/nursing mothers, or for patients currently undergoing orthodontic treatment
